These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services provided through the tk44 platform. By using services available on the tk44 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.
• Before making a deposit, confirm the correct amount and reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Where possible, please try to withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if identity verification is pending.

The following general terms apply to claiming and using tk44 bonuses and promotional offers. Each specific promotion may also have its own additional terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period ends.
• A bonus is never a direct cash substitute, and the specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once — whether through multiple accounts or members of the same household — is strictly prohibited.
• tk44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Which games count towards meeting the wagering requirement for a bonus will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

tk44's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback applies at each tier, calculated at a set rate on the net loss for that week:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example, if a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

tk44 is committed to maintaining a fair and impartial gaming environment. To that end, the following rules are strictly enforced:

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and will be displayed in the relevant game or sports section. These limits may change at the user's request or at tk44's discretion.

6.2 Technical Errors

tk44 reserves the right to void any result or bet that is incorrectly displayed due to a technical disruption or software error. In such cases, the amount staked on the affected bet will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

The odds shown at the time a sports bet is accepted are considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with tk44's specific rules. For live betting, if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet connection interruption, it will not be accepted.

Users may also close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Any balance in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the respective user.

The services on the tk44 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. tk44's liability is limited or does not apply in the following cases:

• Issues caused by internet disruption or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from the user's own actions or leakage of login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
